About The Center

Dear Future Students and Parents,

My name is Randi Anderson, I am co-owner of Hope-Love-Dance Worship Center. MY training is rooted in the Biblical Foundation and worship. I began my in 2002 at the Zion Rejoice Dance Studio in Troy, Michigan, under the direction of Joann Donegan - dancer, instructor, choreographer and author.  I began teaching ballet and tap classes in 2004 and have worked with students ranging in age from 2 1/2 to 60+.

HLDWC will offer classes in ballet, tap, modern and lyrical dance; we offer individual and small group classes. Students will learn proper technique, dance as a form of worship and will learn two dances per class/per season. Our season is from September to June, with additional technique training intensives during the summer months.

In 2012, I was in an auto accident that shattered my ankle; doctors told me that being able to walking normally was probably the most I could hope for; dancing again was unlikely. Since the accident I have had 4 surgeries and countless hours of physical therapy; although I am not where I was prior to my accident - thanks to my doctors and therapists and above all else - the grace and healing power of God, I am again dancing and am currently training to be back on Pointe. It has been a long process but God has been faithful and now I am fulfilling my dream of opening a dance studio with the purpose of teaching others dance as a form of worship - as God intended it to be.

training in  heart for the Center, is that God would move in the surrounding community by our outreaches and by the students we teach.

I am so humbled and honored to have an opportunity to feed into your children. My heart, my goal, is to give every child the opportunity to learn about God and to learn about how dance is a form of worship.

Dance is my passion. Having the opportunity to work with kids (and adults) of all ages has always been a blessing to me. Showing them that no matter size, age, or background we all have the opportunity to praise the King of Kings in our own way.

We were created to worship, and with worship comes bringin joy to our Father's heart. The bible says in Psalm 100:4, "Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name."

The Psalmist is referencing entering with a JOYFUL heart. We never have to be perfect! We have to enter joyfully, falling on our faces, laughing, crying, and dancing in His glory. We are not perfect, and we don't have to be, we just have to be excited.

I am so excited to start this journey with you and your children.

God bless you!
